Home My WebLink About1883 Amending Ordinance 1625 - Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance ORDINANCE NO. 1883 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1625 BY THE ADDITION OF A SECTION PERMITTING RETAIL ON PREMISES FOOD SALES IN P-I ZONES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. There is here and hereby added to Ordinance No. 1625 a section to be numbered "4.08," which reads as follows: "Section 4.08. There shall be permitted in P-I zones, as a conditional use only, food processing for sale at retail on the premises, but excluding the killing and dressing of any flesh or fowl." Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect on its passage, approval and publication as required by law. Read for the first, second, and third times, passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor on this 7th day of April, 1981.. Attest: City Clerk Approved as to form: City Attorney
