AN ORDINANCE R~VISING A BUDGET
OF $90,860 FOR FEDERAL SHABED
REVENUE -AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY
T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE' ciTY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED
DO ORDAIN' AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1) T~ amount of $2,000.00 iS here and hereby appropriated for
vehicle-repair in the Police' Department and $2,000.00 is here- .and'.~hereby
appropriated for over~'ime in the'~Police Depart.m~nt from Federai Shared
Revenue. These appropriation~s are ~to be offset by a reduction in the
appropriation fo~ City Hall Maintenance leaving the 1981 budget for
Federal Shared ~venue at $90,8~0. .-
S~=tion 2) There is here and hereby found and declared to be an emergency
requiring the foregoing revisi°n to.the said 19,81 budget for the City of
Port Townsend.
Section 3) This ordinance shall take effect Ulmgn its passage, approval,
and publication in the form~and manner, ~rOVided by law.
