Home My WebLink About1899 Vacating Portions of 9th and 10th Streets282083 ORDINkNCE NO. /~ AN ORDINANCE VACATING 9TH STREET BETWEEN GISE AND HOLCOMB STREETS AND 10TH STREET BETWEEN MCPHERSON AND THOMAS STREETS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That portion of 9th Street between Gise Street and Holcomb Street and that portion of 10th Street between McPherson Street and Thomas Street, be and the same are hereby vacated. ATTEST: City Clerk Section 2. A twelve (12) foot utility easement, running six (6) feet on either side~ from the centerline of the aforesaid vacated streets is hereby retained by the City of Port Townsend. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law. Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor, on APPROVED AS TO FORM: ~i~~ney~
