AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR
1982 FOR tlMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES, AND
CERTIFYING THE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLE~ DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby levied for the year 1982,
upon all of the taxable property in the City of Port Townsend,
for Emergency Medical Services, the sum of twenty-five cents
(25ยข) upon each One Thousand Dollars of assessed valuation of
such property.
Section 2. The levy hereinabove made shall be certified
to the Auditor of Jefferson County, Washington by the City Clerk-
Treasurer in the manner provided by law.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided
by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on November 17, 1981.
