HomeMy WebLinkAbout1901 Supplemental Budget Appropriations ORDINANCE NO. 1901 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $88,250 TO VARIOUS FUNDS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Forty-eight thousand two hundred and fifty dollars ($48,250) is here and hereby appropriated as a supplement to the 1981 Budget of the City of Port Townsend in the Water-Sewer Fund for Contract Payments on the Kivley Well, Computer Programing and reimbursement to Jefferson County for moving a water line in connection with a street improvement project. Section 2. Sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000.00) is here and hereby appropriated as a supplement to the 1981 Budget of the City of Port Townsend in the Equipment Rental Fund for purchase of a used Flail Mower. Section 3. Twenty-four thousand dollars ($24,000.00) is here and hereby appropriated as a supplement to the 1981 Budget of the City of Port Townsend in the Current Expense Fund to pay for Garbage Collection. Section 4. There is here and hereby found and declared to be an emergency requiring the foregoing appropriations to the said 1981 Budget of the City of Port Townsend. Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval, and publication in the form and manner provided by law. Read for the first time on December 1, 1981.
