HomeMy WebLinkAbout1907 Amending Ordinance 1625 - Comprehensive ZoningORDINANCE NO. 1907 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1625, BY THE ADDITION OF A SECTION THERETO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Ordinance No. 1625, passed August 3, 1971, is here and hereby amended by the addition thereto of a section to be known as "Section 3.04A," to provide as follows: "Section 3.04A. The setbacks hereinabove provided in Section 3.04 shall not apply to outbuildings such as garages, storage sheds, garden sheds or tool sheds, excepting that the front setback shall be the same for all such buildings as for a dwelling house on the premises and excepting that all buildings shall be a minimum of five (5)' feet from side and rear property lines and ten (10) feet from any building on the same or adjacent properties. For the purposes of this ordinance, the front side of corner lots shall be deemed to be the side facing upon the street used for the designation of the post office address of the premises." Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
