LESS TAX 22 (PORTION INSIDE CITY) LESS TAX 29, ENLARGED BY N 45' OF TAX 22 AND BLOCK 8 LOTS 1,2,3,4,5, EVERGREEN ADDITION EAST OF STATE HIGHWAY 9 FROM R1-A TO C-II AND A24ENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP. WHEREAS, due has been held, and appropriate findings made, as provided by Ordinance No. 1625, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The official zoning map of the City is here and hereby amended to change from R-iA zoning to C-II zoning those lands in Port Townsend, described as follows: (A) (B) Section 9,T30, R1W, Tax No. 15, East Highway and N. of County Road, less Tax 22(portion inside city) less Tax 29, enlarged by N 45 feet of Tax 22. Block 8, Lots 1,2,3,4, and 5 of the Evergreen Addi{ion east of State Highway 9. Section 2.
