SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . Outside construction activities shalt be limited to the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday
through Friday and are prohibited on weekends and national holidays.
2. Removal of live trees with dbh of 6" or greater and located farther than 10' from the building
pad is prohibited.
3. TESL: Temporary erosion and sediment control measures shall be installed on-site as needed
during construction. Measures may include but are not limited to installation of graveled
construction entrance, fire wash, sweeping of paved surfaces, installation of silt fencing, etc.
Adjacent rights-of-way shall be kept clean; failure to comply will result in all work on the site
being stopped. Soils exposed during construction shall be temporarily stabilized by seeding,
mulching, plastic covering or other means. Once construction is completed, the site shall be
permanently stabilized with seeding, sodding, or topsoiling if needed. Applicant is responsible
for protection of adjacent properties.
4. FLOOR FRAMING: BCI floorjoist plan shall be on-site at time of inspection.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
5. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve is required.
6. FRAMING: Engineered truss plan shall be on-site at time of inspection.
7. DRAINAGE: Water from site shall be directed to street for flow into pond per approved Master
Plan.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
