AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 1, 2, 7 and 8,
OF THE EISENBEIS ADDITION, AND THAT PORTION
OF VACATED FOURTH STREET LYING BETWEEN GRANT
AND HENDRICKS STREET AND A ~PARCEL KNOWN AS
LOT C, BETWEEN GRANT AND HENDRICKS STREETS,
LYING SOUTH OF STATE HIGHWAY 20 RIGHT OF WAY,
AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL CITY ZOING MAP.
WHEREAS-due hearing has been held and appropriate findings made
as required by Ordinance No. 1625, now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
The official map of the City is here and hereby amended
to ~hange from R-1 to C-II zoning those lands in Port Townsend described
as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 7 and 8 of Block 277, of the Eisenbeis addition
to the City of Port Townsend; that portion of vacated fourth'
Street abutting said lots and lying between Grant and Hen-
dricks Streets; and that portion of property known as Lot C
lying between Grant and Hendricks Streets and adjacent to
and South of State Highway right of way Number 20 (Sims Way),
all located in Jefferson County, Washington.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor on this first day of October, 1985.
