Section 1) The,Washington State Energy Code, !986 .Edition, as adopted by
the Washington State Building Code Advisory Council and as codified i-n
Chapter 51-72 of the Washington Administrative Code is hereby, adopted by
reference without amendments, additions, or deletions except as may here-

and publication in the form and manner provided by ]aw.
