Kay Wojt expressed the thought that better site maps should be provided especially in larger less know areas. It was decided to defer action until the net meeting t allow the applicants and their attorney to help clarify things . It was also decided to ask the Dickersons if they would consider allowing a horse trail a c c r o s s the site. The discussion by the Planning Commission on the Uptown Area Proposed Rezone was c otinued. There was some correspondance read concerning the area involved. Kay Miner appointed Max Loomis and Robert Johnson to be a committee of two to re-evaluate the present situation, and propose possibilities at the next regular meeting. There vere some comments from the audience. New Business:A request was read from H. J. Carroll asking for a v4lirienee to the zoning ordinance for property in the Carroll addition to Port Townsend, Lot 1. There was discussion, and it was unanimously decided to recommend t the City Council to decline the application of H.J.Carroll s requested . byes vote 69 4417 Roger French passed out copies of the Proposed Density ' r Port Townsend , which will e discussed a the next regular meeting. .
