preservation and restoration of old buildines that the city of Carmel has
passed and sue ested we writo for eopics of their ordinances that pertain
o us - sugeostion approved and secretary to vrite letter to Carmel
City PlanniCouncil.
Jeff Pederson also spoke about tlic recent ordinance passed regarding Class
'iro Distriotse It vas singesteel and approved that this ordinaneo bo
studied in detail as to what it covers.
Gus Lindquist presented a petition from -t o niIfruso re questine vacation
of 2 streets on 4th stent which runs tru his property. Lam. Lindquist
stated that both ends of 4th street havo already been vacated. The
Planning Commission decided to approve the request and forward same to the
City Cotmoil on this particular vacation but the general policy of the
Planni e Commission is to recommend a ainst vacation of sitrcots.
