REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – LIBRARY SERVICES
City of Port Townsend
Request for Proposals:
The City of Port Townsend is seeking a qualified firm to aid the
City in identifying strategies that preserve (and potentially enhance) the high-quality
services provided to the community by the library into the future. The City of Port
Townsend is requesting a report that includes the analysis of services currently provided,
assessment of level of services and programs not being met with current budget, redefine
current budget level based on findings, project future budget needs and budget levels. a
preferred recommendation, and a presentation to the City Manager, Mayor, City Council,
and the Library Advisory Board.
