NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AMENDMENTS TO PTMC CHAPTER 17.08 DEFINITIONS AND 17.20
COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICTS
On Monday, October 16, 2017, at or about 6:30 p.m., the City Council will hold a public
hearing to consider Ordinance 3183, Adopting Interim Land Use Regulations Relating to
Motor Vehicle Sales, Amending Port Townsend Municipal Code Chapter 17.08 and
Table 17.20.020 Permitted, Conditional and Prohibited Uses Restricting Motor Vehicle
Sales within the CII and CIII Commercial Zones. Persons wishing to testify before the
City Council may do so either by submitting verbal testimony during the public hearing
or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk, 250 Madison Street, Suite 2, Port
Townsend, WA 98368. Written comments must be received by the close of the public
hearing on October 16, 2017. Ordinance 3183 is available for inspection in the City
Clerkâs office on the second floor of City Hall.
