HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-07-07 Public Hearing LUP17-001.002 Vintage Hardware.NOH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Vintage Hardware Assembly Building File No. LUP17-001 (SEPA) and LUP17-002 (Conditional Use) On Friday, July 7, 2017, beginning at or about 1:30 p.m., the Port Townsend Hearing Examiner will hold an open-record public hearing to consider the above referenced application involving construction of a new light-manufacturing building. The public hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers, located at 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, WA. A copy of the application and all other related documents are available for review in the Public Inspection files maintained by the DSD Department rd located on the 3 floor, 250 Madison Street, Suite 301.All interested persons may . appear at the hearing and provide oral or written testimony Description: Conditional Use Permit (CUP) approval to allow construction of a new two-story warehouse building having an 11,400 sq. ft. (95' x 120') footprint. The steel building would be used for final assembly and storage of lighting fixtures for the owner's nearby Vintage Hardware and Lighting Company. The project will be oriented towards and gain primary access via Logan Street with secondary access provided via 6th Street. The project includes provisions for on-site and on-street parking with paved improvements to 6th Street and Logan Street (including sidewalk), on-street stormwater facilities and landscaping.
