The proposed action is to declare City Property in the 100 Block of Cherry Street (portions of tax parcels 001024075 and 001023005) in Port Townsend as surplus, and authorize the City Manager to dispose of the property by special dispensation as allowed in Section 3.44.050 of the Port Townsend Municipal Code. Persons wishing to testify to the City Council may do so either by submitting verbal testimony during the public hearing or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk, 250 Madison Street, Suite 2, Port Townsend, WA 98368 or at jsanders @cityofpt.us. Written comments must be received by the close of the public hearing on May 8. Resolution 17-021 is available for inspection in the City Clerk's office on the second floor of City Hall and will be posted on the City website with the meeting packet at www.cityofpt.us no later than May 5, 2017.
