AMENDMENTS TO PTMC CHAPER 17.32
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS
On Thursday, May 14, 2015, at or about 6:30 p.m., the Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing to consider amendments to the Port Townsend Municipal Code Chapter
17.32 Planned Unit Developments. The amendments would allow for the expansion of
Planned Unit Development Provisions to the C-II (General Commercial) and the M-C
(Mixed Commercial/Light Manufacturing) zones.
The public hearing will take place in the Port of Port Townsend Commission Building
333 Benedict Street, Port Townsend, WA. A copy of the proposed amendments and all
other related documents are available for review in the Public Inspection file maintained
by the Development Services Department.
Persons wishing to testify to the Planning Commission may do so either by submitting
oral testimony during the public hearing, or by submitting written comments. Written
comments must be received by the close of the public hearing on May 14, 2015.
