NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
STREET VACATION OF CLEVELAND STREET
The Port Townsend City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, February 2,
2015 at or about 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend,
WA, to accept public testimony on vacating a 24' by 66' (approximate) section of the
Cleveland Street right-of-way lying between Blocks 192 and 193 in Eisenbeis Addition
to the City of Port Townsend. The street vacation proposal is sought by Jefferson
Healthcare (Application No. LUP14-072). The subject right-of-way lies east of Sheridan
Street, south of the Dove House facility and immediately north of the Jefferson
Healthcare emergency room entrance.
Persons wishing to testify to the City Council may do so either by submitting oral
testimony during the public hearing, or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk
(isandersa-cityofpt.us, 250 Madison Street, Suite 2, Port Townsend, WA 98368.
Written comments must be received by the close of the public hearing on February 2,
2015. Anyone wishing to inspect the application itself (LUP14-072) may do so at the
Development Services Department (DSD) on the third floor of City Hall. Persons with
