NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Port Townsend City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, October 20,
2014 at or about 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend,
WA, to accept public testimony on the Surplus of a Commercial Modular Building
located at 440 — 12th Street in Port Townsend, and currently used as the Jefferson
County Visitor Information Center, to Jefferson Transit. Persons wishing to testify to the
City Council regarding the surplus may do so either by submitting oral testimony during
the public hearing or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk, 250 Madison
Street, Suite 2, Port Townsend, WA 98368. Written comments must be received by the
close of the public hearing on October 20, 2014.
