NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Port Townsend City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, July 14, 2014
at or about 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, WA to
accept public testimony on Ordinance 3112, amending Port Townsend Municipal Code
Title 17 —Zoning Regarding Medical and Recreational I-502 Marijuana). The nature of
the amendments would establish locations and standards for the operation of medical and
recreational marijuana operations throughout the City. Ordinance 3112 is titled as
follows: Adopting zoning regulations and standards for medical and recreational
marijuana land uses. Persons wishing to testify to the City Council may do so either by
submitting oral testimony during the public hearing or by submitting written comments to
the City Clerk, 250 Madison Street, Suite 2, Port Townsend, WA 98368. Written
comments must be received by the close of the public hearing on July 14. Ordinance
3112 is available for inspection in the City Clerk's office on the second floor of City
Hall.
