AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A PORTION OF THIRTY-SIXTH
STREET AS UMATILLA AVENUE WITHIN THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND, AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That all of that portion of Thirty-Sixth Street, ly-
ing between the easterly boundary of Hancock Street and the easterly
boundary of Rosecrans Street, within Corrigan's Addition %o %he City
of Port Townsend, be and the same is hereby renamed as Umatilla
Avenue.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval, and publication in the manner provided by law, an~ upon a
certified copy being recorded with the Auditor for Jefferson County,
Washington.
Read for the £irst, second and third times and passed by the
City Council for the City of Port Townsend, and approved by the Mayor
