HomeMy WebLinkAbout2136 Renaming a Portion of Clay Street and an Adjoining Private Easement as Hudson PlaceORDINANCE NO. ~ / ~ ~ AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A PORTION OF CLAY STREET AND AN ADJOINING PRIVATE EASEMENT AS HUDSON PLACE NITHIN THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ~[oJ~l. That all of that portion of Clay Street which has not been vacated, lying between the southwesterly boundary of Jackson Street and the southwesterly boundary of the Community Area so designated in the Judith Johnson Plat, within the Original Townsite of Port Townsend, be and the same is hereby renamed as Hudson Place. ~toJ~. That all of that portion of the easement reserved in the Judith Johnson Plat for ingress and egress to Tracts "A", "B", "C", "D", "E" and "F", within the Original To~nstte of Port Townsend, be and the same is hereby named as Hudson Place. · ~[OIL_~.
