The meeting ware stalled to order by the chairperson Teresa Goldsmith.
The minutes were read and approved.
Bert gave the Libriam•e report, noting another increase in circulation and much*
increased usage of the meeting room.
Vouchers were signed.
Teresa reporter} that a letter wear sent to the council requesting revenue sharing.
The request was tabled. Bev talked to the mayor and he suggested that we attatch
the $ 5000.00 request to our budget.
Bev reported on the proposed wpeople file" for the technology center.
Bob reported on the electrician and the lighting. His contact did not have a
state license.
frank reported on the grant proposal. It has been funded with stipulations that
we coordinate and IGR study and that the state library be incolved in than selection
of a coordinator. It looks as if the P. T. Library will be the administrating
body with the County Auditor as the fiscal agent. The intented: starting date is
March 1.
Bev reported -m the evaluation form and procedure. It was suggested that we do
our staff evaluation this year by means of discussion. oaf job description and per...
beps came sap with an essay tno, evaluation. ' Bev suggested that the staff should
also evaluate the supervisor.
Bev will do the staff evaluation in JAZUe►ry.
It was suggested that we each make a list of criteria to use during our evaluation
discussion. We will have this session following the need board meeting.
