Mrs.1.4allin reported that the Statistical Report of the State had been favorable. The fact that circulation is slightly lowere reflects the new policy of increasing the time that users are allowed to keep their books. This balance has increased considerably because the tax base has changed and our portion of the millage exceeds the budget request.
