AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING FEES FOR AMBULANCE
SERVICE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A charge or fee of $100.00 shall be charged or collected
for each call made by a City ambulance or aid car, which amount shall
be credited to the Emergency Medical Services Fund.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect on January 1, 1989,
after its passage, approval and publication in the form and manner
provided by law.
Read for the first, second, and third times, passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor on December 20, 1988.
