10, Port Townsend Library Board members met at the library on Dec 28
7:30 P.M. Present were Chr Potthoff, Dr Ch.uljian Miss Hill and
Dorothy Hunt. "lso Mrs Wallin, librarian.
Minutes of the November 27th meeting were read and approved.
The secretary also read Mrs Wallin's statistical_ report for the
month of December and her report of December Pvents.
The members concurred. with Mrs Wallin in regard to the static -
ticalreport, Our meetings have been either the last Thursday of
the month, or during the first week . (such as Dec 29th, or in
Jan. - -first week.) Her report should represent the complete
amounts for the whole month.
Mrs Crist has been contacted by Mrs Hunt as to becoming a mem-
ber of the Board, ,ind has consented to do so. She will attend
the next meeting. Her elected term of office will. be from Jan-
uary 1968 to Dec 31, 1972. She is filling the vacancy left on
the Board by Miss Hill, whose full term has expired.
Without other business the meeting adjourned at 8 :15 P.M.
