Potthoff, Dr Chul jian, IIIss Hill, T�'irs Hunt and Mrs Wallin, Minutes, of the November Board meeting; and the Special. meeting; of TTov. 19th were road and approved. P,Trs Wallin 'gave th.e report for the month of - *exve -fir . She also Presented the balances in th.e separate: Funds in the Budget. The budget to 1968 1r=as worked upon by Pir Potthoff and Dr 0hu1 j:i_an, and has been presented to Council. The Board again reviewed the :improvements they would like to see made to the building -- mainly a ramp entrance atthe rear, and the back of the lot made :i..nto a parkin;, lot, wii;'i blacl� top surface. There seems little money available for a project of tihi_s kind, but the members felt they should explore the possibilit- y of making these additions further. Piss Hil -1 t term of off:iWce will expire as of December 31, 1967. She has been a most valuable r;.ember on the Board, and members stig'F;ested she serve an additional time. Yiss Hill felt she could not consider further service on the Board, as laws governi n7 a. Public Library state that a Board memberp shall not serve more then two consecl►tive terms of .five years each. However, before leaving the Board, she stfbongly advocated a 3ev6n man Board., instead of the five members we now have. The commissioners appointed. a committee to investigate interest in the coun:bry areas. Names were submitted by the members for a person to fill. the pos- ition on the Board when Miss Hil..l.'s term expires. The soeretary was asked to contact yrs Tray Grist as a prospective member.
