Trustees of the Port Townsend Library Board
met May 29th, at
.the Public Library. Present were Chr. Potthoff,
Dr Chuljian, Miss
Hill, Mr Nichols, P,rs Hunt and Mrs Wallin.
Minutes of the April meeting were read and
approved. Mrs Wallin
gave her report, which is on file.
Mr Potthoff stated the shelving; being constructed
by the Shop has
been completed, and s1hould be installed within a
few days.
Mrs Wallin advised us that amounts in the (fund
for janitorial ser-
vices are very :Low, and that a special ordinance
will be necessary,
unless transfer from some of the other funds $.:
allowed. She is to
discuss this with Mr Youngblood.
Mrs Hunt reported that she had talked with
Mr Abraham concern -
ing property lines of the city property where the
library stands.
