Port Townsend Library Board met June 2nd without a full qurorum present.
Vouchers were signed by those present. Mrs. Cummings gave the Librarian's
Report, and discussed the following; with Mr. Deits, Board chairman.;
Library help available for Misq Sheehan- -Miss Huntingf ord is a new
aplicant who has applied.
Lawn Care -- Bobby Gibson does not seem to be as reliable as he could be.
Mr. Deits to speak to him, if condition does not improve, will find a
new boy do do lawn care.
Miss Sheehan will take over the position of Librarian in June. Mrs.
Cumings will stay for two weeks to assist her until she feels stronger.
Discussion followed as to disposal of Mrs. Cumings possessions she had
stored at the library. These to be moved, and the large room straightened
before she leaves.
Mrs. Cumings May report attached. She promised to return 12'previous
monthly reports that she had borrowed some time ago to the secretary.
