Meeting was called to order at 7;37 pm
Present were all members except Cheryl Van Dyke
Minutes of previous meeting wereread and approved
Library report (attached)
included= library work has begun with cost estimate for
the library of about $200
- -the library water pipes have been patched, but
will need new pipes soon
- -we have received the grant--Joint-Planning Process
Vouchers were signed
There were no communicatione
Old Business% Roger French is sick and the roof has not yet
been checked
New Bukiness: Jim Heynen and Conrad Schwenke agreed to serve
on the nominating committee for new officers
