Present: all board members
Meeting was called to order by chairman Jesse Harms at 3:30 pm
Jesse Harmes reported that Librarian Bev Lamb had announced her
imminent hospitalization and questioned the appropriateness
of a personnel evaluati n meeting at the scheduled time which
might be immedigtely following Bev Lamb's hospitalization.
The board discussed the issues which might be appropriate for
the personnel evaluation meeting and agreed to meet with
Bev Lamb personally at 0:30 pm before the next scheduled .
board meeting and to reschedule the formal personnel evaluation
at a time about a month from now.
The meeting was adgourned at 5 :00 pm
