be available for board signatures later in the month.

to future public outcry.
The flagpole has not yet been repaired.
Peter McBirney has met with board representatives and presented a
preliminary report ofthe library's architectural problems. Roof leaks
are probably caused by deteriorating roof flashing, gutters, and wall
caps. Downstairs windows should be caulked to seal are and water leaks.
The building in generally in good shape, but will probably require
exterior resurfacing at some point. Mr. McBirney has expressed a willingness
to volunteer some of his time to the library after January, 1, 1982.
The need for a general handyman to be on call for small general repairs
was expressed. Friends of the Library may be able to offer some help.
Bev will check to see if they would be covered by industrial insurance.
