The meeting was called to order at 8 :00.
Vouchers were signed prior to the meeting.
There were no communications.
New Business:
1. The contract with the Jefferson County Library
Board for serviced to the Jefferson County Library was
signed. A copy is attached.
2. New officers will be elected at the next scheduled
Board meeting.
01d Business:
1. The library will be closed on a Friday, Saturday,
Sunday, and Monday sometime in February for the purposes
of an inventory and card catalog update. Volunteers as
well as the staff will help with the inventory.
2. The City Council officially added &2000 to the 1983
budget for building maintenance. An itemized priority
list for the building maintenance for 1983 will be sub-
mitted to the new Nlayor, Brent Shirley. Laurie Stewart
• will begin the list after January lst.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30.
