Minutes - -June 25, 1985

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. Present:
Cheryl Van Dyke, Laurie Stewart, Pete Kaiser, Beverly Lamb
Vouchers were signed
PROJECTOR
The Friends of the Library have donated a 16mm projector
to the library. There was some discussion as to a check out
policy covering >W projector use. The issue was tabled
to a later meeting.
The ramp needs reapiring, it was decided to replace rotting
boards with outdoor lumber. Laurie will arrange for the repair.
Laurie will write a letter of appreciation from the board
to Vicki Lea - Shelton and Cheryl will check with Brent about
getting a similar letter from the Mayor and City Council.
Meeting adjourned at 8:45.
