Library Board Minutes
Special meeting
The meeting was called to order at 12:15 p . m
Present: Cheryl VanDyke, Laurie Stewart, Pete Kaiser, Bev Lamb
The contract submitted by the architects was reviewed-
Amendments as outlined in the attached letter were suggested
and approved.
Laurie moved and Pete seconded that Cheryl be authorized to
sign the amended contract once she is satisfied that it
addresses our concerns. PASSED
