Minutes
April 25, 1986
Present: Laurie Stewart, Pete Kaiser, Dennis Sullivan, Bev Lamb
Property lines were discussed and it was decided to authorize up to
$500 for an official survey of the library property.
The RFP committee (Cheryl, Sue , Bev) were authorized to advertise
for architectural services and to develop screening and hiring procedures.

The was called to order at 8:00. Vouchers were signed.
The minutes for the previous meeting were read. It was agreed to
send MRs. Zaccardo a thank you letter at some future date.
RFP Committee-- ARchitectural proposals may number up to 30 based
on initial inquiries. Dennis agreed to develop a scoring sheet to be
used when screening proposals.
Janet Anderson, Children's library assistant, was introduced and discussed
the newly formed high school library advisory group.
The vault committee will inspect the vault Tuesday May 20.
The Friends of the Library have donated $500.00 as a matching grant
for the Library of America series of American classics.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:15.
