REGULAR MEETING November 16, 1987
CALL TO ORDER 7:30 pm. Present Sidle, Watson, Steuxer, Kaiser;
Library: Lamb, deJarnette, Anderson, Baird.
SIGN vouchers. Approve minutes of last meeting.
BEV: Conference at Yakima Nov. 23 -24, on building design etc.
Library is registered, for person from library.
Meeting date on Nov. 23 is cancelled.
SUE: City Council budget hearing on Nov. 30, attendance desirable.
MOTION: To cancel Nov. 23 meeting; to have meeting December 21.
PERSONNEL: job descriptions for two positions are in hand, others
nedd to be put in typed draft. For 7 staff there axe 5
job descriptions. Board will consider and take action at
December meeting,
BUDGET: Packet to be prepared on budget regRest, to be transmitted
with odficial budget sheets.
Discussion of staff presentation to City Council, pro and con.
