Regular meeting October 26, 1987
Call to order 6:05 pm.
Signed vouchers
Cat — complaint and possible problems with allergy; cat is
not to be allowed in library
Minutes of last meeting approved.
Interlibrary loans: discussion of allocation of costs. Librarian
does not favor direct chaxge to user, because the service is
part of library operation, and expands its usefulness.
General feeling in regional libraries is that costs should
be integrated with other operating expenses. The subject
is under general discussion.
Joint meeting with County Library is suggested, will be
followed up after first of the new year.
Library Fund; summary of operations to date, and discussion
of Fact Sheet for solicitors.
