SPECIAL MEETING /PORT TOWNSEND LIBRARY BOARD
MAY 5, 1989
MINUTES
Present: Lars Watson, Sue Sidle, Gwen Howard, Anne Steurer
Bev Lamb, Director
Guests: Lucille Watson, Margaret Lee, John Bauer
The meeting was called to order at 11:30.
SEPA Checklist- -Bev presented the draft SEPA checklist and
indicated the following would be included as attachments*
Elevations 6 floor plans of expanded 6 renovated building
Floor plan of current library
Soil 6 topographic survey map
Soils report
Draft Memorandum of Agreement
Site B parking plan
Project summary ( This was handed out to those present)
The Site plan for parking development, Plan B was discussed, it t
presented as provisional pending the outcome of the 106 review process and
would not be bid as part of general contract.
It was moved and seconded that Site B plan be submitted with the
SEPA checklist and it be considered provisional subject to the 106
review process. Passed.
It was moved and seconded that the draft SEPA checklist be approved
and submitted to the City Council. Passed.
Meeting adjourned at 12 :30.
