Special Board Meeting
September 17, 1990
Present: Lars, Mike, Gwen, Bev, Sue
Roof project- -
We received 3 bids with FS S GS from Tacoma being the
lowest.
MSP to award the contract to FS s GS
There was some discussion about the budget for this
project and the need to let the City Council know that in there
will be costs beyond the bid amount, i.e. Bob's fee, sales tax,
permits, etc. The project will still come in under the $30,000 first
estimated.
Landscape Committee—
The landscape committee has hired John Barr and will begin working
with him on design development. Mike presented design criteria.
The project budget is $10,000 from which we want to end up
with a completed project.
