MINUTES
Present: Lars Watson, Anne Steurer, Gwen Howard, Jean Dunbar,

Unfinished business—
Carol Cahill would like to show "A Midsummer Night's
Dream" on Thursday the 21 and keep the library open until midnight.
The board approved that.
Building Committee- -
Change orders pending include changing the light switches,
door alarms.
The Men's Garden Club have agreed to plant the corner
area by the stairs.
The estimate for tack board in the Children's room came
in at about $4,000. This is higher than expected due to a better
quality of material.
MSP - -That we authorize the expenditure of $2,000 for the tack
boards, buying as much coverage as we can with that amount.
Discussion of landscaping has been put off until a later
meeting.
The building committee recommends a new roof for the Carnegie
building if adequate funding can be obtained from the City.
MSP - -To seek funds from the City to put on a new roof.
Policy committee- -
MSP --To accept the revised meeting room policy.
The next meeting will be June 25th.
