1. Call to order— roll call.
2. Approval of November 26, 2013 agenda.
3. Approval of September 24 and October 22, 2013 minutes.
4. Staff report? (Steve Wright) Steve asked to be notified 2 days before
PRTAB meetings. Said he may attend, depending.
5. PRT work plan 2013:
a. Tree City USA-
i. TreeCity application renewal beginning of Dec (Cecil and
Debbie)
b. Volunteers for our parks-
i. Nov 3 Kah Tai work party report. (Rosemary) Next work
party at Kah Tai Park on Sunday, December 8 from 9am-
noon, planting, weed removal, and garbage pick up
ii. Leaf raking volunteer effort: Haller Fountain and Steps
(Cecil), Mountain View (Debbie)
iii. Consideration of volunteer tracking software for parks
volunteers: examples, possible collaborations w/other
advisory boards that recruit volunteers. (Debbie)
iv. Report on Bulbfest 2013 at Bobby McGarraugh Park Oct 20
(Danny or his Oct 23 email)
c. Update on Park Functional Plan revision.
i. Goals and policies from Comp Plan and inclusion of
language for docketed amendment. (Debbie)
d. Cancel next regularly scheduled PRTAB meeting Dec 24?
6. Future Meeting Agenda Items. Next regularly scheduled PRTAB meeting
Tuesday January 28 from 4:30-6pm?
