AN ORDINANCE NAMING AN EASEMENT, IN THE PHIL-
LIP'S ADDITION IN THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
FORMERLY LABELED "EASEMENT A", "KATHERINE
STREET" AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1- That all of that portion of Easement A in the
Phillip's Addition lying between the southern border of Old
Discovery Road and the northern border of 14th Street in the City
of Port Townsend so designated in City Ordinance 1986 be named
Katherine Street.
section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law,
and upon a certified copy being recorded with the Auditor for
Jefferson County, Washington.
Read for the first, second and third times and passed by the
City Council of the City of Port Townsend, and approved by the
