A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING ON A PETITION
FOR A STREET VACATION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUP07-087. The proposal, if approved, would vacate portions of the Haines
Street right-of--way abutting Lot 4, Block 8 of Littlefield's Addition to the Ciry of Port
Townsend. In exchange, the City would receive a roughly equivalent portion of land from Lot
4 that would become right-of-way along Discovery Road.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 6:30 PM on Monday, September 17, 2007,
in the Council Chambers of Ciry Hall, 540 Water S[reet, Port Townsend, Washington or such
other date as the Mayor determines if necessary to accommodate other Council business or
requests by staff or applicant, so long as the hearing is not more than 60 days from adoption of
the Resolution.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular business
meeting thereof, held this 20`" day of August 2007.
