PORT TOWNSEND, AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE

WHEREAS, the City received Street Vacation Application No.
8905-001 seeking the vacation of the West 15 feet and the East
15 feet of Jackman Street located between Twelfth Street and
Fourteenth Street within the City of Port Townsend, and
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Port Townsend
duly held a public hearing upon such application following a
hearing and recommendation by the Planning Commission, and the
City Council adopted Findings of Fact and Conclusions approving
of the street vacation, now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section ]. That the West ~5 feet and the East 15 feet of
Jackman Street, located between Twelfth Street and Fourteenth
Street within the City of Port Townsend be and the same is here
and hereby vacated.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its pas-
sage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided
by law, and after it has been recorded with the Jefferson. County
Auditor.
READ for the first, second and third times, passed by the
City Council for the City of Port Townsend and signed by the
Mayor of the City October ~, 1989.
