1. Call to order— roll call.
2. Approval of September 24, 2013 agenda.
3. Approval of August 27, 2013 minutes.
4. 1999 Parks Functional Plan Update - Key Issues (Rick Sepler)
The Planning Commission appointed a subcommittee to review the Second Draft of the Parks
Plan Update and prepare Draft Three for public comment. At the 9-24-13 meeting,PRTAB
will provide direction to the Parks Subcommittee on key issues including but not limited to:park
categories,level of service, scope of the inventory.
5. Public Comment— 3 min per person.
6. Future Meeting Agenda Items. Next regularly scheduled PRTAB meeting
Tuesday October 22 from 4:30-6pm.
