MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP SESSION OF JUNE 4, 2007
CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend met in workshop session this
fourth day of June, 2007, at 7:27 p.m. in the Port Townsend City Council
Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Mark Welch presiding.
ROLL CALL
Council members present at roll call were Frank Benskin, Geoff Masci, Laurie
Medlicott, Catharine Robinson, Michelle Sandoval, and Mark Welch. George
Randels was excused.
Staff members present were City Manager David Timmons, City Attorney John
Watts, Long Range Planning Director Rick Sepler, and City Clerk Pam Kolacy
UPPER SIMS WAY WORKSHOP
Rick Sepler, Scott Sawyer of W&H Pacific, and Brian Walsh of the Washington
Dept. of Transportation, were present to review the three alternatives and provide
answers to questions the Council had posed at the last workshop. Options
were reviewed and discussed in detail.
The item will be placed on the June 18 business meeting agenda for public input
and Council action.
ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 9:53 p.m.
