RESOLUTION NO. 07-011
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING (JUNE 18, 2007)
ON A PETITION FOR A STREET VACATION BY TACHE BENTLEY
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUP07-033. The proposal, if approved, would vacate the alley right-of-way
lying in Block 3 of Learned's Second Addition to the City of Port Townsend. The subject
right-of-way lies south of Hastings A venue, east of unopened Spring Street and west of
unopened Hood Street in western Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 6:30 PM on Monday, June 18, 2007, in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington or such other
date as the Mayor determines if necessary to accommodate other Council business or requests by
staff or applicant, so long as the hearing is not more than 60 days from adoption of the
Resolution.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular business
meeting thereof, held this 30m day of April 2007.
