AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT TO~SEND RE-
NAMING WEST DIAMOND STREET AS LAND'S END LANE,
AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City of Port Townsend does here and
hereby re-name that certain right-of-way within the City located
between Elmira Street and Albatross Street, presently known as ~
West Diamond Street, as Land's End Lane, located between Blocks
91 and 97 to the South and Blocks 90 and 98 to the North, of the
Fowler's Park Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Section 3. That the City Clerk be and is hereby authorized
to record this ordinance or a certified copy hereof with the Jef-
ferson County Auditor following its effective date.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
City Council for the City of Port Townsend and signed by the
Mayor on ~ I~ , 1990.
