ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL LOT LINES IN BLOCK 90AND 98 OF
FOWLER'S PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AS
PER PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 2 OF PLATS, PAGE 6, RECORDS
OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON; AND ESTABLISHING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That lot lines within Block 90 and 98 of
Fowler's Park Addition to the City of Port Townsend, as per plat
recorded in Volume 2 of plats, page 6, records of Jefferson County,
Washington, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance may be published, and a
certified copy of this ordinance shall be recorded by the City
Clerk with the Jefferson County Auditor, at which time this
ordinance shall be effective.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided
by law, and after it has been recorded with the Jefferson County
Auditor pursuant to Section 2 of this ordinance.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the City
Council for the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor of
the City this 3rd day of July ·, 1990.
